Destinations and Carriers

We happily ship to addresses within the contiguous United States using reliable carriers such as USPS. Please note that at this time, we do not offer shipping to PO Boxes.

 

Processing Time

Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before being shipped out. Please allow for this processing time in addition to the estimated shipping timeframes.

 

Shipping Costs and Timeframes

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method at checkout. Estimated delivery timeframes vary:

 

USPS Standard: Expected delivery within 3-5 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor the status of your delivery and estimate its arrival.

 

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer international shipping or shipping to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

We Want You and Your Pup to Be Tail-Wagging Happy!

 

At Dogg Fits, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you and your furry friend to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a return is necessary. Here's how we make it easy for you:

 

14-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the item(s) for a refund or store credit. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

 

How to Initiate a Return

Reach Out: Contact our customer support team at 254-977-2157 within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

 

Provide Details: Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return in your message.

 

Return Authorization: Once approved, we'll provide you with a return shipping label or instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Refund Process

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of us receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Store Credit: If you opt for store credit, it will be issued promptly and can be used for future purchases at Dogg Fits.

 

Exclusions

Some items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns. Additionally, any items that show signs of use or are not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.
